JUN BEOM PYO

Graduate Student

Integrated Magnetics
Jun Beom Pyo received his B.S. and M.S degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Pennsylvania in 2012. During his B.S and M.S years, he synthesized and manipulated morphology of nanoparticles for applications in catalysts and batteries. From 2013-2017, he worked as a research scientist at Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST). At KIST, he was actively involved in soft electronics projects developing transparent actuators, wearable strain sensors, and stretchable RF-antennas using Ag NW network. Jun Beom Pyo started the PhD program in Electrical and Systems Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania in 2017 as a member of the MSMA group. His research currently focuses on miniaturization of high-performance inductors
